About Me
A little more about who I am
Background
Hey there! My name is Jordan. I am originally from Cape Town, South Africa but my family moved to Miami Beach, Florida in 2006! I'm a graduate student at Northeastern University pursuing my Master's in Computer Science. I originally studied finance in undergrad, but my passion for technology led me to make the switch to CS. I have a wide range of interests and love dipping my toes into new topics (love talking about history). I have been to 4 continents so far and plan on hitting all 7.
During my time in undergrad I helped co-found two seperate startups. We managed to bootstrap our way to over $1M in yearly revenue and one of the biggest competitors in our (incredibly niche) segment. Since then I have been working at a startup focused on onramping and offramping into/out of cryptocurrency within the African continent.
When I'm not working, studying, or coding, you can usually find me playing video games with my friends, watching a show or movie, or reading something!
